Documents required for Dubai Tourist Visa
Passport -
- A color copy of passport with minimum two pages blank.
- Valid for 6 months from the arrival date.
- Copy of the first and last two pages of passport in JPEG format nd should be less than 1mb.
- For online application upload scanned copies of the passport.
The scanned copies should be colored, black and white copies susceptible for rejection.
Itinerary –
- Travel dates and copy of confirmed return flight tickets
- Proof of hotel reservation for your stay in Dubai.
It is basically required to indicate to the authorities that the applicant will leave the country within a specified period.
Application form –
- A copy of Visa application form duly filled and signed
- A cover letter mentioning the purpose of visit and the duration of stay.
The information provided should be accurate, for any discrepancies could result in delays.
Photograph –
- 2 colour photographs (dimension - 4.3 cms X 5.5 cms)
- White background with matte finish
- Upload passport size photograph without spectacles

- The Photographs should not be older than 6 months.
Financial data –
- An original as well as scanned copy of IT returns.
- Photocopy of PAN Card.
- Original and photocopy of six months bank statement.
- Should have investment of 3 lac or more.

Transit Visa
A Transit Visa is a short-term travel document which allows the traveller to have a layover in its country for more than a few hours before boarding a flight for their destination country. In some cases travellers do not need a transit visa while transiting to another country.
Single Entry Tourist Visa
Travel / Tourist Visa allows holders to enter the foreign country for touristic and leisure purposes. some of the reasons to travel with this type Visa - engaging in tourism activities / visiting friends or family / attending special events etc.
Multiple Entry Visa
In multiple entry visa travellers can make multiple entries - exit to/from Dubai within the time specified. For travelers going for holidays, visiting family / friends or for business training etc.
Dubai Visa on Arrival
Visa on-arrival is available for Indian citizens, valid for 14 days(Cost : AED 120), which can be extended for an additional 14 days for (Cost : AED 250). It can be obtained by -
An Indian Passport holder with valid US Visa / Schengen Visa / Green Card issued by the USA
or
Visa applied from airlines such as Emirates, Fly Dubai, Etihad Airways and Air Arabia / Sponsored by someone from UAE.
OK-To-Board for Dubai Visa
OTB in simple words is approval of boarding the flight. It is a part of the verification process, mostly required by citizen of India, Bangladesh, Srilanka and Pakistan to minimize the fake visa issue.
Ok-To-board Approval
You can acquire ok to board approval either online or offline.
Online Process
Contact the airline you have booked the tickets and submit the copy of visa along with other documents
After verifying the documents, your application will be approved and tickets will be marked as OTB.
Offline Process
You can submit the documents in the airport and after the verification process, you will receive OTB.
In case of E-Visa, you do not need seperate OK to board approval. The entire work for OTB approval will be done by the agency through you have applied or your sponsor.

- Confirmed airline ticket (onward and return)
- Copy of your Passport (first and last page)
- Copy of your Pan card
Cost
Different airlines have different charges for the OK to board and the prices can change depending upon the season you are traveling in.
Age Limit for Females:
30 – 63 year old females can travel alone.
12 – 29 year old females should travel with Parents or Husband.
0 – 11 year old girls can only travel with mother/father.
Age Limits for Male:
19 – 68 year old male can travel alone.
0 – 18 year old male should be accompanied by parents.
